Terms of service
These terms apply to all bookings and use of Euphorie Events, located at 411 Tayport Road, Killarney, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

Booking and cancellation
All bookings at Euphorie Events require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of your event. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Any additional services, catering, or rentals arranged through third parties are subject to their own cancellation policies, and Euphorie Events is not responsible for disputes with external vendors.
Changes to your event date or guest count must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before your scheduled event. We will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability. If your event is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or government restrictions, Euphorie Events will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge, provided a new date is selected within 12 months of the original booking.
Payment in full is due 14 days before your event. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking. We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods. All prices quoted are in Zimbabwe currency and include venue rental only, unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from Euphorie Events, located at 411 Tayport Road, Killarney, Bulawayo, approximately 5km from the CBD. Euphorie Events is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during travel to or from the venue.
In the event of a dispute regarding your booking, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and handled through the appropriate legal channels in Bulawayo.
